Our mission for the Killam’s Point Day Camp is to provide children with the best possible summer camp experience they can have. We also seek to share perspectives about God’s presence in our lives and the world around us.

Looking for something to do with your kids when they get out of school in the beginning of June? The First Congregational Church of Branford along with some of the Killam’s Point Day Camp Staff will be providing additional camp options this year during the weeks of:

June 12-16 and June 19-23
Registration is open to all
Church member registration Sundays during March
Public Registration April 3rd, 6-8 pm at First Congregational Church

• Camp is located at the church, 1009 Main St., Branford.
• Camp will run 9:00-3:00 pm Monday through Friday.
• Children ages 5-12 are eligible to be campers, while children ages 13-15 are eligible to be Junior Counselors. Staff is considered 16 years and older.
• All campers, Junior Counselors and staff are required to bring their own PEANUT-FREE bagged lunch. (lunch will be stored in the refrigerator)
• Morning snack is provided as well as lunch on Fridays.
• Phones, electronics and anything of value should be left at home.
$180 per church member camper, $200 per non-church member camper, $50 per Junior Counselor

Daily Schedules will include: crafts, music, water activity time, science, games, walking field trips
and possibly the Ice Cream truck on Fridays !

Campers will have completed kindergarten through 6th grade
• Junior Counselors will have completed 7th grade or above
• Staff must be 16 years old by the time camp starts
• Campers are required to bring their own PEANUT-FREE lunch
• Morning snack is provided at camp/lunch is provided on Fridays
• Phones, electronics and anything of value should be left at home
• Camp is from 9-3 Monday through Friday
• Children will take a bus from the church at 8:45 and return to the church at 3:15
$200 for church member camper, $250 for non-church member camper, $50 for junior counselor

June 26-June 30
Camp Boom Chicka Boom

Camp Boom Chicka Boom is back and ready for another fun filled year!! Get ready to learn about how God loves you through song, games, bible stories, nature activities, and more. At Camp Boom Chicka Boom each day we practice appreciating the beauty of Killam’s Point and being thankful for our friends, family, nature, and God. Come reunite with old friends or make new ones!! There is something for everyone at Camp Boom Chicka Boom.

July 10-14
Hero Central
Directed by Gio Esposito


Campers will go on awesome adventures at Killam's Point and discover the qualities that make them truly heroic in God. Campers will learn how to do good, seek peace and go after it. While being surrounded by the beautiful landscape of Killam's Point, kids will swim, kayak, hike, participate in spectacular science activities, make crafts, play games and enjoy summer outside!

July 24-28
Cave Quest
Directed by Meghan Curran-Abate

Embark on a Killam's Point adventure that will their way! Gear up for an over-the-top outside adventure! Ground kids in the rock-solid foundation of God's love, a love that takes us through life's dark times. Campers will explore the beautiful grounds of Killam's Point, swim at the beach, do crafts and science activities, play games, and just be a kid.

August 7-11
Camp Discovery
Directed by Dawn Perrotti


At Camp Discovery VBS, kids have fun being kids as they explore the camp, make new friends, sing songs, and learn how Jesus works through them in their everyday lives. Campers of all ages learn that God gives them the wisdom and the courage to step out in faith as Jesus works through them—whether they’re at school, playing with friends, or helping out at home. Get excited for a camping adventure that makes a lasting impact on kids as they sing songs, swim, hike, play games, act out Bible stories, make crafts, and eat tasty treats.
